Copyright / Takedown Policy
Cricspace respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on Cricspace that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark, and how we respond.
Reporting infringing content
If you believe content on Cricspace (for example, a team logo, photo, or other uploaded material) infringes your rights, send a notice to support@cricspace.app with the subject line "Takedown Request" and include the following:
- Your name, address, and contact details.
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed (e.g. the original logo or photo).
- The location in the app of the material you want removed (screen, team, tournament, or user, with enough detail for us to find it).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We may notify the user who uploaded it and provide them a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: your contact details, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the content where appropriate.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
