How to request deletion

Email us from any address with the phone number you used to sign up, and we will delete your account and associated personal data.

Email a deletion request

Or write to support@cricspace.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the phone number on your account. We may send a one-time code to that number to verify the request is really yours.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in (phone number)
• Your profile — name, role, playing styles, jersey number, photo
• Your consent records and notification tokens
• Your ground listings and personal booking details (if you are a ground owner)

What may be retained

• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that no longer identify you
• Records we must keep to comply with law (kept only as long as required)

Timeline

We confirm receipt within a few days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
